    • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail planning or related field.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Strong retail business acumen and understanding of store operations.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of retail math and KPIs.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Store or logistics experience preferred.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Japanese).

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You'll lead planning initiatives that support Nike Direct Own Stores and Value Stores, driving growth through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop store-level business plans.
    • Analyze retail KPIs and create actionable strategies for each store.
    • Forecast daily sales to inform replenishment and shipment planning.
    • Manage inventory and capacity control to optimize store performance.
    • Collaborate with MSC and DC teams to build shipment plans that maximize sales opportunities.
    • Lead store fleet strategy, including evaluating transformation opportunities and developing business cases for new or remodeled stores.
    • Manage NVS store segmentation to guide investment planning and in-season actions.
