    Supply Chain Business Analyst II, NA

    *Hiring for 2 roles- one in NBHD/SB and the other in RSG/Soccer

    WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

    This person will work with internal and external account teams and senior/lead business analysts to identify opportunities for leveraging data while driving business results connecting analytics and business objectives (e.g. set shipping forecast, synchronize and optimize shipping plans vs. order book and financial expectations, full price inventory optimization, etc.).

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are looking for someone with a proven capability of data analysis to solve business problems and communicate findings. Having a collaborative mindset along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is also critical.

    Critical Experience Requirements:

    • Beginner to intermediate level experience with analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.)

    • Skilled in Excel/Advanced Excel. Python/R nice to have

    • Translate business problems to technical tasks

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You will work cross functionally to provide relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities, for internal and external stakeholders. You will support a sustainable performance management cycle to drive decision-making to maximize revenue and margin.

    • Mine and explore data sources to build analyses and data findings with clear action points to improve business operations

    • Monitor & measure the health of the business through identifying and deploying success metrics in visualization

    • Own and drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities

    • Track, trace, and communicate Seasonal delivery performance (e.g. Air Freight, outbound shipping, etc.) and recommend solutions to Account, Channel and Seasonal teams

    • Work with senior/lead business analysts to develop, leverage, and streamline reporting and analytics best practices

    • Build, maintain, and elevate a decision-making model that will enable the MSC team to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions with regards to consumer value and profitability

    • Participate in "business analyst" network across the org to collaborate, share and learn
