WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the below criteria;
Established track record in Project Management and Process Improvement.
Background in supply chain, with a strong passion for operational excellence. Additional experience in the reverse logistics industry preferred.
Strong analytical skills & ability to translate complex issues and processes into clear overviews and actionable plans.
Experienced in data & analytics including building dashboards and deriving insights to drive decision-making (e.g. to build a business case); advanced Excel skills required.
Proactive self-starter with an innovative mindset and a proven track record in leading and delivering process improvements.
Collaborative team player who contributes to shared responsibilities, supports collective workload management (including shared mailbox tasks), and actively engages in team-building initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Lead and execute end-to-end improvement projects focused on optimizing the Returns product flow, working closely with cross-functional teams and managing a broad range of stakeholders.
Contribute to the day to day run the business activities by executing and optimizing Orderbook health/clean up activities through cancellations.
Manage product integrity issues on a daily basis by facilitating the right actions and including the right teams.
Develop data-driven insights by creating dashboards, performing analyses in Excel, and translating these insights into concrete, actionable recommendations.
Support the business in other ad-hoc requests.
