Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems (NGMS) Sector, Airborne Surveillance Business Area is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our C2MP Team, supporting the P8 Program. This open position is located in Linthicum, MD. The job assignment is for sustainment programs with a variety of customers including United States Government and commercial customers.

General job responsibilities include: Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Advises program team and management of contractual rights and obligations. Identifies areas of program risk and develops business strategy options for risk mitigation.

Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications Band 2:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Business, Law or related work experience or Master's degree with 1+ years of Business, Law or related work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to obtain / maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $65,000 USD - $97,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
