stration in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. NASIC is responsible for creating all-source intelligence defining the present and future air, air defense, cyber, space and ballistic missile threats to enable military operations, force modernization, and policy making. Successful candidates will clearly demonstrate strong problem solving skills, effective communication, and ability to learn various tools and how to manage their associated access controls. This Systems Administrator will be an active part of a team of Systems, Administrators, and DevOps personnel responsible for NASIC's transition to the CLOUDworks platform hosted by the Air Force Research Laboratory. This transition will provide the center with access to Atlassian's Jira and Confluence tools and will introduce new access management, server administration, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline requirements. As part of a broader team, successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain experience in Windows and Linux Administration and grow their skills in related DevOps technologies.
Summary of Responsibilities
Operate as a part of a team supporting the NASIC CLOUDworks infrastructure platform through tasks such as access and permission management while acting as point of contact for all related questions, issues, and concerns for 3rd party tools. Manages all account requests while maintaining security standards.
Basic Qualifications for a Systems Administrator:
Salary Range: $70,100 - $105,100
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
