TheDimension Control Technician will be a part of the Tool Die Making team within the Metrology department and will have considerable knowledge of the job with substantial acquaintance with an understanding of general aspects of the job with a broad understanding of the detailed aspects of the job and be able to perform more advanced functions and resolve routine questions and problems.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate, and collaborate across all levels, will thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment with high expectations, enjoy significantly diverse assignments, demonstrate a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of the product and have high integrity to self-report errors to a supervisor when detected. **This position requires a willingness to work any shift including weekends and requires onsite presence due to the nature of the role.
This shift will be our Weekend 3/12-night shift 6pm-6am Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Employees working the D shift are eligible for shift pay differentials.

Salary Range: $59,300 - $98,800
Salary Range 2: $70,400 - $117,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
