Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a dedicated Quality engineer to be part of our dynamic team supporting a multitude of Northrop's premier programs in Baltimore, MD.
You will be working with cutting edge technology in our Airborne Multifunction Sensors Division. Developing the highest quality products that solve evolving electronic environmental threats and allow our warfighter to stay ahead of the curve in ever changing situations, provides a rewarding engineering career. Core areas focused upon are unique and not seen elsewhere from our competition. Targeting and surveillance radars, navigation systems, digital technology, electronic warfare and communications are just some of the areas our Quality Engineers work in. You will utilize tools that provide unsurpassed reporting and monitoring such as Microsoft Power Apps, Tableau, SAP, RCCA tracking and various customized tool sets. Salary Range: $73,600 - $110,400
Salary Range 2: $90,600 - $136,000
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
