We are seeking a cleared or clearable Engineering Manager to support the Ohio Xetron Advanced Programs Engineering Manager within Ohio Engineering & Sciences organization. This role splits time between serving as a Section Manager and serving as a Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead managing engineering activities on one or more assigned programs.
As a manager and lead you will be providing technical and organizational leadership to a multi-discipline engineering team involved in research, design, implementation, integration, and test of hardware and software products. Engineering disciplines you will manage includes systems, embedded software, FPGA, electronics, RF, mechanical and test. Successful candidates have extensive experience working in one or more of these disciplines and a basic knowledge of others.

This position offers the option of a 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Salary Range: $130,500 USD - $130,500 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
