Help Desk Agent - GFEBS, Secret Clearance

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a qualified GFEBS Triage Tier 2 Agent , wo rking with Accenture Federal Services to support the Army Shared Services Center (ASSC) Unified ERP project for the US ARMY. This project will assist ASSC with organization change management, agile development, and quality assurance to include multiple capability support functions. The position will be providing support at Aberdeen Proving Grounds , MS and may be remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and assign tickets to Tier 2 help desk agents
• Collaborate with Team lead to help identify ticket trends and
  possible related Knowledge Management Articles
  Assist Team lead with generating Tier 2 related incident reports
• Assist with any ticket backlog if needed

Basic Qualifications
• BS degree or High school diploma / Equivalent with 4 years experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• 2 years Helpdesk experience
• Experience working in an application maintenance environment
• Active Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of SAP experience
• Prior GFEBS experience

Salary Range $ 59,100 to $88,000

Salary Range: $59,100 USD - $88,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
