Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Industrial Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

Interface and monitor internal and external shop activity with regards to fabrication, assembly, and installation efforts. Provide technical evaluations on quotes for changes to scope of work. Develop and monitor multiple aspects of a production schedule from engineering through delivery. Various reporting methodologies are utilized on a daily basis with the need to summarize this data to multiple levels of management and leadership. Being able to identify and communicate critical path and constraints is key to success.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) field and 2 years of industrial engineering related experience, or Master's degree in a science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) field and 0 years of industrial engineering related experience.
• Current Possession of DoD secret or top secret clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with manpower planning.
• Experience interfacing with suppliers and leadership.
• Experience with schedule creation and statusing

Salary Range: $64,600 USD - $97,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
