Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector - located in Linthicum, MD has an immediate need for an International Trade Compliance Analyst/Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst.
This role has an export operational focus and is part of the Transportation organization.
What You'll get to Do:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience; candidates without a Bachelor's degree will be considered if they have 6 years of relevant experience
Experience in international logistics, operations, or supply chain pertaining to Export/Import, Trade Compliance, Export/Import Regulations, Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage
Ability to obtain a clearance
US Citizenship
Basic Qualifications for a level 3 Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; candidates without a Bachelor's degree will be considered if they have 9 years of relevant experience
Experience in international logistics, operations, or supply chain pertaining to Export/Import, Trade Compliance, Export/Import Regulations, Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage
Ability to obtain a clearance
US citizenship
Preferred Qualifications for both levels:
Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Logistics or Business Administration
Experience with U.S. export and import compliance reporting processes and implications for business activities
U.S. Customs Broker License holder
Experience with SAP S4 ERP
Experience with automated TMS tools
Experience with U.S. HTSUS classification regime
Experience with U.S. Customs valuation rules and principles
Experience with U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

*Salary Range: *$67,200 - $100,800
*Salary Range 2: *$82,900 - $124,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
