The Execution Tools Manager 3 will be responsible for coordinating all digital execution tool development, use and maintenance for the ARIS portfolio. The Execution Tools Manager is a pivotal role that will shepherd a group with a wide range of experience into a cohesive, high preforming team across engineering and production disciplines. This role is focused on maximizing efficiency though commonality of process and data sources across organizations and program project areas, proactive identification and management of risk and opportunity activities, and close coordination with all supporting functional areas. The selected candidate will have close interactions with program leadership, continuous exposure to functions and engineering and manufacturing centers across the enterprise and will have to develop strong customer relationships. The preferred candidate will have proven performance across a wide range of products, functions and business constructs with the proven ability to work in a fast paced environment in support of a dynamic workforce and business structure.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing Production, Program/Product Management OR a Master's degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing Production, Program/Product Management
  • Prior experience with ERP/MRP and manufacturing execution systems
  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate effectively at all levels of management and to individual contributors
  • Must have and be able to maintain an active SCI clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a space production environment
  • Prior experience with data source consolidation and visualizations
  • Prior experience with Solumina and SAP products

Salary Range: $171,000 USD - $256,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
