    Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Airborne Multifunction Sensors Division is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 1, supporting the Advanced Tactical Program (ATP) Operating Unit within the Tactical Fighters Business Unit based in Linthicum, MD. Successful candidates are expected to work in the Linthi

    The M1 Manager position is both a functional management position with direct reports and a lead planner position for ATP, reporting directly to the Program Supply Chain Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to interface with both internal and external customers, work closely with the Engineering Team on various second sourcing efforts, and be responsible for Supplier cost reductions.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for leading the supplier Production Readiness Reviews (10-12 visits per year).
    Acts as the main focal point for execution of Long-Term Pricing Agreements (LTPA) for key suppliers and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met.
    Leads supply chain Program execution for developing a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) strategy including creating a Statement of Work (SOW) for microelectronic components.
    Engage with Proposal strategy and Advanced Authorization Contract activities.
    Briefs the PMO and executive management.
    The chosen candidate must have demonstrated ability in working with cross organizational teams and customers; the ability to set and clearly articulate goals/priorities and successfully communicate them to key staff; strong leadership skills; and a track record of building high-performance teams, with a particular focus on employee development, engagement, inclusion, and retention.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in supply chain, business management or other related field; 3+ years of experience in supply chain, business management or other related field with a Master's.
    • 1+ years of experience as a team lead or managing of people
    • Experience working in Global Supply Chain.
    • Working knowledge of SAP and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. This requires US citizenship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
    • Master's Degree
    • Demonstrated expertise in the following systems and concepts: - MRP and IMS Scheduling - SAP production planning and material management tools - Earned Value Management - Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Manufacturing
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Program execution experience
    • A current Secret clearance

    Salary Range: $100,700 USD - $160,400 USD

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
