Essential Functions:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, OR a Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with at least 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment
Must have Supply Chain experience
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs

Special Program Access
Experience interfacing and briefing stakeholders.
Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Previous experience in Supply Chain
Experience working on restricted programs
SAP experience
*Salary Range: *$142,200 - $213,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
