We are seeking a cleared or clearable Engineering Manager for a critical role in our engineering organization to be responsible for managing a team and ensuring successful execution of projects. This position comes with periodic overtime pay, the ability to work occasionally from home and a flexible work schedule.
This is a dual role position including the management of a talented team of multi-discipline engineers as well as project engineering leadership for technically advanced development programs producing cutting edge hardware and software products. These products support all domains of intelligence and defense battlespaces including land, sea, air, cyber , and space. Many of the problem-sets our customers expect us to solve do not have known solutions, so ingenuity is essential.
Ideal candidates for this position have breadth of knowledge in multiple aspects of engineering including embedded software, FPGA firmware, RF hardware and systems engineering as well as depth in one or more of these areas. Less experienced candidates that demonstrate high technological aptitude with a willingness and desire to learn are equally qualified for this position.

Salary Range: $134,400 USD - $201,600 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
