Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) has an opening for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Redondo Beach, CA.

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support Manager 2 will concurrently manage support to our current PLM system implementations and a strategic digital transformation project for SSSD. In this role, you will help achieve division business goals and strategic objectives by optimizing and executing PLM support processes across all levels of Program Security. You will be the responsible for the successful technical and financial execution for both the sustainment of our current environments alongside development and migration to our future state environment. You will collaboratively lead support initiatives by leveraging methods and tools consistent with industry standards. You will manage a cross functional team that is focused on providing best in class support to users of the SSSD PLM system. You will lead technical meetings with functional and program leadership and as well as strategic reviews with PLM leadership. You will be required to align to enterprise, sector, and division resources to support an integrated PLM system that supports spacecraft and spacecraft electronics development.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and continuously improve the support of 5 unclassified and classified PLM environments.
  • Manage the execution of the PLM data and application synchronization process
  • Develop and execute SSSD support model for current ENOVIA PLM implementation and the future Next Generation PLM Solution
  • Manage the legacy unclassified and classified digital and physical data archive centers
  • Provide communication to all users for key activities and events
  • Lead the PLM Community of Practice for all SSSD users

To be successful in this role, you need to possess the following key attributes:

  • Highly self-motivated

  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience in PLM software support
  • Extensive experience with Dassault Systems 3DX based products (Enovia PLM, Cameo, CATIA, etc)
  • Extensive experience with user support, communications, and community of practices
  • Active SCI security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Dassault Systems ENOVIA 3DX PLM Solutio
  • Experience working effectively across organizational and program boundarie
  • Experience with leading significant organizational change
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and brief management
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Lean/Six Sigma/Agile/Project Management Professional (PMP) training/certification

Salary Range: $130,500 USD - $195,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
