Northrop Grumman Space Systems and NEW MOON is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a System Tuning Specialist. The desired candidate skill sets include ELINT (Pulsed and CW) knowledge and experience with automated processing systems. Experience with a wide range of analysis tools and methods are desired. Candidate must be a self-starting team worker able to adapt in a fast paced and changing environment. Candidate must be able to present analysis results and communicate effectively within a team and in front of the customer.

This requisition may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled as either a Principal or Sr. Principal Intelligence Analyst.
Basic Qualifications for a Principal Intelligence Analyst:
• Education/Experience: 5 years applicable experience with Bachelors degree from an accredited college; 3 years with Masters, 0 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of relative experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Operations/Technical Signals Analysis with experience conducting hands-on technical signals analysis.
• Active DoD Top Secret with SCI clearance required to start.

Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Intelligence Analyst:
• Education/Experience: 9 years applicable experience with Bachelors degree from an accredited college; 7 years with Masters, 4 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of relative experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Operations/Technical Signals Analysis with experience conducting hands-on technical signals analysis.
• Active DoD Top Secret with SCI clearance required to start.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge, comprehension, and application of signals analysis techniques
• Knowledge, comprehension, and application of tools/tool suites used in signal analysis (IANA, STE, MARTES, CBET or similar)
• Experience with one or more of the following military courses: Air Force 1N2A (1N5 equivalent), Navy CTT and Army 35N (98J or 98K equivalent)
• Familiarization with AIM processing

Salary Range: $90,600 - $136,000
Salary Range 2: $112,300 - $168,500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
