The SSSD, Directed Energy and Strategic Products Business Unit, is in search of a Principal or Senior Principal Contract Administrator (level 3 or level 4) to join our team of qualified, dedicated, and diverse individuals. This position is located in Redondo Beach, California and will report to the Business Unit Contracts Manager.
As a Contract Administrator, you will join passionate professionals as an integral member of a team including members of the Finance, Program Management, and other disciplines at various levels of Management. As a detail oriented individual and team player, you will thrive and excel in a fast-paced work environment with diverse assignments. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership qualities, the ability to start, oversee, and follow-through on major assignments and responsibilities.

This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off work.

Salary Range: $86,300 USD - $129,500 USD
Salary Range 2: $107,000 USD - $160,600 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
