Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the Joint C4I Department within the Mission Planning and Decision Support Operating Unit, Business Management organization.
This Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst will interface with leadership, program managers, functional management, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements. This position will be located in Beavercreek, OH or may be considered for Full-Time telecommuting.

Basic Qualifications:
This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of directly related Experience
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of directly related experience; in lieu of degree high school diploma with 14 years of related experience
Ability to perform and apply appropriate cost accounting, pricing, and estimating methods, concepts and principles
Experience with SAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Intimate FAR proposal adequacy and execution
Experience with Time and Materials contracts
Working knowledge of cost accounting standards, generally accepted accounting principles and accounting/proposal, auditing techniques
Working knowledge of government contract environment (FAR and DFARS)
Demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of internal customers (i.e., Contracts, Program Management, Operations, Global Supply Chain, etc.) on a regular basis to obtain and share information
Experience with Precision
Experience with DS/MS Financial policies and procedures
This position reports to Beavercreek, OH, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Fairfax, VA, VA, USA.
Salary Range: $78,500 USD - $117,700 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
