Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring Manufacturing Engineers to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located in rural Iuka, MS. The assignment may include one or more projects including hand layup, fiber placement, assembly, machining, painting, and structural testing of composite parts. Iuka currently produces structures for Atlas and Antares rockets, F-35 fighter jets, and other high end related parts. Some of our work requires Secret Clearance. Our Iuka facility employs about 200 people across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Support Services. The work we do impacts our national security and supports human space exploration. Our teams are broken out by program and product families. You will be working within your team to meet our customer needs and deliver quality products in a timely manner. This position is for a day shift (Monday to Friday), and may require limited off hour support. Travel is estimated to be less than 10% and within the US, typically to support our customers. This position may be filled at a Principal or Senior Principal Engineer level depending on the qualifications below.

Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: $75,400 USD - $113,200 USD
Salary Range 2: $93,500 USD - $140,300 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
