Northrop Grumman is hiring a Production Test Technician 2 to support weekend (Fri, Sat, and Sun) Manufacturing activities in Dulles, VA. This position will be reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, the Production Test Technician sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
The Test Technician should also have proficiency in using a broad range of measuring and monitoring equipment (oscilloscopes, function and waveform generators, power supplies and meters, current sensors and probes, etc.) to both perform the tests as specified and to troubleshoot.
The work schedule for this position is Fri, Sat, and Sun 12 hour shifts

Salary Range: $47,600 - $79,300
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
