Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is looking for a mid to senior level position in the Program Management Organization to support the Mission Critical Programs Operating Unit.
The selected candidate will be expected to define, create, and manage the program(s) infrastructure (facilities, Information Technology, and associated items) and identify improvement opportunities related to all aspects of Program Infrastructure. This position requires coordinating with various program Integrated Product Teams and communicating/presenting to senior leadership on the health of projects. The successful candidate will be able to execute and communicate key concepts in support of program objectives. The successful candidate should have good project management skills and must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Description : The Program Integration Infrastructure Lead will support the Program Integration (PI) Manager with tasks and logistics that enable program leadership to achieve operational excellence. The PI Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for seamless integration and execution of Mission Critical Program's portfolio and growth activities with a primary focus on facilitating Infrastructure standup and maintenance and all technical support needs to support end-to-end program plans. Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate cross-IPT discussions to support facilities, infrastructure, and other technical requirements.
Other duties will include support to program office planning and communication, facility planning, Infrastructure (workspace, dev. Environments, integration facilities, and multi-level security IT); program review/customer meeting coordination.

Salary Range: $106,400 USD - $184,800 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
