SSSD has an opening for a Program Integration Systems Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.

Primary duties will include facilitating the processes and tools to support end-to-end Program Plans and the utilization of tools to perform analyses, visualization, and optimization of program data. Candidate will facilitate cross-IPT and cross-program integration, Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and campaigns for successful completion of critical program milestones. Other duties will include support to program office planning and communication, facilitation of cross program/mission technical and programmatic initiatives, and tool and metric development.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 14+ years of engineering experience OR
• Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 12+ years of engineering experience OR
• PhD in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 9+ years of engineering experience

Candidate must have, and be able to maintain, at least ONE of the following active U.S. Government security clearances:

• SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years OR
• Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical background, experience dealing with cost/schedule management and proposal execution, and strong communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely brief executive forums.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and a skilled communicator with excellent presentation abilities.
• Candidate should be able to autonomously assess complex problems and decompose them into a plan of action while coordinating across a large and diverse team of program, business, and technical SMEs.
• Previous technical program integration and EVMS experience is preferred.

Salary Range: $156,000 USD - $234,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
