This position is located in Rolling Meadows, IL and offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office).

What You'll get to Do:
A Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler is responsible for the implementation of standard processes and tools and program planning and control practices. This position will work within a team environment consisting of program management, technical, production, financial and other supporting staff. The selected candidate will prepare, maintain, and analyze a program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which incorporates all dependencies, aligns to resource availability, and identifies and aligns program milestones with contractual need dates. A Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler works with the IPT Lead, functional managers and control account managers to identify internal and external dependencies, milestones and deliverables while also conducting trend analysis and report data, https://e.g. late start/finish, forecast dates impacts, manage program schedule margin, and changes to critical path(s). In addition, this role will establish ground rules and assumptions, and ensure compliance with applicable EVMS guidelines; identify & validate the critical path, run performance and health check metrics and monitor program progress and develop workarounds utilizing schedule acceleration techniques to achieve additional margin, monitor & de-conflict internal and external influences to resources and the critical path.

This requisition may be filled as an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst or a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst.

Basic Qualifications for Level 1:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related business discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience OR 0 years experience with a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related business discipline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • US Citizenship.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related business discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience OR 1 years experience with a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related business discipline.
  • Project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan or other related scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • US citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project scheduling experience and advanced scheduling skills in Microsoft Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan or other related scheduling tools.
  • Experience using Schedule Health Analysis tools and Schedule Risk Assessment tools.
  • Working knowledge of EVMS guidelines and processes.

Salary Range: $55,400 - $83,000
Salary Range 2: $67,000 - $100,400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
