Space Systems Sector Proposal Operations has an opening for a Proposal Manager 2 to join our fast-paced, dynamic, diverse, and accomplished Proposal Operations team. This position is in Dulles, VA. The selected candidate must be able to work on site when required and be willing and able to travel, as needed (up to 25%). Flexible/hybrid work arrangements are possible at times and will vary based on proposal assignments.
Our mission is to apply proven proposal execution strategies, process, and leadership to teams across the sector to ensure successful, compliant, compelling, and on time proposal submissions. The proposals we work on include top Sector Priority Win and other major competitive pursuits. This enables our staff to step into a variety of roles and responsibilities, including leading and supporting small and large teams to competitive wins, gaining valuable experience and exposure, and learning technical and strategic skills that can be used toward future success. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across leadership, collaboration, innovation, communication, project management, risk management, and proposal-based capabilities. Salary Range: $122,200 - $183,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
