Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Manager Facilities and Real Estate 2. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) Division as the Manager Facilities Operations, Maintenance and Work Control for the Site Operations Department.

What You'll Get To Do:
• Manage more than one functional area in the Facilities/Real Estate job family
• Supervise Level 1 managers and employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, heating, painting, and/or general maintenance
• Set priorities and perform forecasting and allocation of the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Supervise facilities work control staff providing strategic and day to day guidance and direction implementing and using the Consolidated Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for requirements processing and status reporting
• Operate in a complex leased portfolio environment coordinating all activities with multiple landlord teams. Portfolio consist of 1.5 million square feet over sixteen locations and across eight states.
• Direct and control planning and operations for Facility Modifications, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, service contracts and dispatch
• Create and sustain processes and documentation in support of measuring Facilities organizational performance
• Acts as Facilities focal point for Facilities communications and status reporting whenever Crisis Management Team is activated
• Develop and implement strategies for integration of environmental, health, safety and security compliance into Facility operations and documentation

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree with 6 years of related work experience or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• BS Degree with 6 years with a background in one or more of the following: operations, manufacturing Engineering, industrial engineering and/or manufacturing facilities operations, similar related industries
• Active Secret Clearance
• Familiar with aerospace office, lab, warehouse, manufacturing/production equipment and facilities infrastructure
• Experienced using industry standard CMMS and/or other maintenance management system to schedule and track facilities operations
• Ability to prepare sound presentations and conduct meetings with the senior leaders
• Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams with diverse maintenance/craft skills and backgrounds. Three or more years in a leadership position preferred.
• Familiar with establishing and tracking performance metrics
• Familiar with Consolidated Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Ability to communication effectively with senior leadership
Salary Range: $105,600 USD - $158,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
