We are seeking a team member who wants to solve interesting, complex problems to help protect our nation. We are a trusted mission payload and ground system provider with extensive experience providing end-to-end mission solutions from concept through operations and support. The team you will support is located at our Space Park campus in Redondo Beach, CA.

What you'll get to do?

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Systems Engineer / Architect with brroad knowledge of Space-Based Sensors/multiple collection systems (EO, IR, SIGINT, Multi-Int, etc)

Basic Qualifications

Security Clearance

• Active security clearance, TS/SCI preferred, or ability to obtain one

Space-Based Sensor Expertise

• Proven experience in designing, developing, or operating space-based sensor systems

Multidisciplinary Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of various data collection systems and their integration, spanning multiple domains such as EO, IR, SIGINT, Multi-INT, and others

Systems Architecture and Integration

• Proficient in systems architecture principles and modeling with an emphasis on microservices

Preferred Qualifications

Systems Architecture and Integration

• Experience in integrating sensor systems and ensuring interoperability and performance
• Familiarity with SysML and UAF

Data Processing and Fusion

• Familiarity with data processing and fusion techniques to integrate data from various sensor sources and extract actionable intelligence

Software and Tools
Familiarity with Cameo, Jira, and Confluence

Salary Range: $129,700 - $194,500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
