In this role, the Sr Principal Cyber Software Engineer will:

• Be capable of independent design, architecture, and implementation of applicable technologies to complete Mission requirements.
• Be part of a team of Software, Test, and Network engineers in the design and development of new enterprise systems and continued O&M of existing systems.
• Work with the customer to refine requirements for new capabilities

Basic Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI/Poly Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related STEM degree and a minimum of 9 years related experience
• Experience with Software Architecture
• Experience developing in .NET C# or Java
• Experience with Agile Development Principles
• Desire to work as a developer on an on-site (not remote) software development team

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

• Experience working at a customer site
• Experience developing in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Angular
• Experience with cloud-based solutions in AWS or Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker

Salary Range: $142,800 USD - $214,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
