    Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), F-35 Sustainment HPSI Operating Unit, has an opening for a Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will be assigned as a Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst 4 supporting F-35 organizational maintenance at MCAS Yuma, AZ. Your Mission will be to support O-Level maintenance on F-35.

    Position to be staffed as a Time Compliance Technical Directives Program Coordinator / Aircraft Maintenance Controller.

    Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Principle responsibility will be to serve as the Time Compliance Technical Directives Program Coordinator, responsible for ensuring all aircraft Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs) are processed according to Type Version Effectivities (TVE).
    • Work directly with supply chain management to ensure applicable tooling, parts, and/or consumables are on-hand to perform TCTDs.
    • Augment maintenance control and help control the flow of maintenance while keeping up with an aggressive flight schedule.
    • Augment maintenance expeditors and shift maintenance priorities as aircraft availability changes.
    • Coordinates communication between squadron maintenance departments for combat FOD walks, fuel support, aircraft movement, support equipment.
    • Identify and ensure Aircraft components are applicable to specific aircraft using Logistics Control Number (LCN) Bill of Material (BOM).
    • Coordinate with ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information System) team members to ensure EEL updates (Electronic Equipment Logs) and ALIS issues are resolved.
    • Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to build Work Orders for maintenance against the aircraft and track them via JCNs (Job Control Numbers).
    • Write Action Requests (ARs) against ALIS/Parts/Aircraft for issues such as updating ALIS Database for new parts, resolving UNK serial numbers not properly tracked from manufacturing, or requesting further information on MDRs (Maintenance Deviation repairs).
    • Use JTD (Joint-Service Technical Data) to build Work Orders and research part information based on Spec PN/VPN and Cage Code, track any weight and balance changes to the aircraft and ensure AWBS information is relayed to the owning unit.
    • Track and Push PAIRS against an aircraft using MM_PAIRS, build solution sets and create Maintenance Actions using LCNS.
    • Ability to provide temporary support to our other CLS locations and/or emerging deployments.
    • Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 14 years of related experience. Will consider a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience. Or, 8 with a Masters.
    • Previous maintenance or production control / planning experience.F-35 ALIS/JTD/TCTD experience.
    • F-35 Maintenance Controller/ Air Force Maintenance Expeditor experience.
    • F-35 Aircraft Maintenance experience. A bility to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings.
    • US Citizenship required.
    • Must have an Active Secret Clearance or higher with the ability to maintain.
    • Must have the ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university relevant to the aviation industry such as Aviation Maintenance Management, Aeronautics, Aviation Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Aviation Finance, or Finance degree.
    • 2 years of experience as a TCTO/TCTD coordinator on F-35.
    • 5 years F-35 Flightline Maintenance experience.
    • In-depth F-35 ALIS/CMMS experience.
    • 3 years F-35 Flightline Expediter / Maintenance Control experience.
    • Highly skilled in using MS Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
    • Experience identifying and procuring consumables, HAZMAT, tooling, and spare parts required for specific operations.
    • U. S. Navy or U. S. Marine Corps experience with thorough understanding of F-35 Fighter Aircraft Systems and operations under COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and 4790.35.
    • Excellent communication skills and experience in a Military-focused Customer Service-Related Industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Salary Range: $79,600 USD - $119,400 USD

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
