Northrop Grumman has an opportunity for a Logistics/Sustainment Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional (MRO, PM, CS and SD modules) who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting requirements into systems/business process solutions.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of MRO and Logistics/Sustainment business processes. The qualified candidate will also be supporting our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives.

In order to be successful in this role the candidate should have experience in converting customer requirements into systems/business process solutions, including requirement analysis, configuration, realization, testing, implementation, post-implementation support, training and knowledge transfer. Additional experience with SAP MRP, Inventory Management, and Shipping/Deliveries knowledge and proficiency is desired.

This role is not location specific and can be supported virtually.

Basic Qualifications - to be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

  • Bachelors degree and 14 years of experience is required; a masters degree and 12 years experience. In lieu of a bachelors degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of education
  • Must have experience managing, supervising or leading cross functional teams/IPT's and/or individuals
  • Functional/business process knowledge or expertise spanning iMRO aircraft maintenance or component repairs, plant maintenance, customer service, and sales and distribution
  • Leads recurring/existing customer base and new project initiatives
  • Experience in aspects of project management
  • Experience in providing strategic direction regarding ES products, processes, applications and technology
  • Configuration experience with SAP iMRO and Logistics/Sustainment modules

Preferred Qualifications - candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

  • Experience with complex hardware and software implementation projects
  • Experience with software development, software integration, implementation delivery of SAP/ /Hana products in our NG environment
  • Familiarity with Safe/Agile Experience with SAP/ERP application implementation effort
  • Data integration background
  • Excellent leadership characteristics
  • Demonstrated experience presenting PMR's, growth or strategic plans to leadership or government customer.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills throughout all levels of the organization from individual contributor to IPT leadership to program leadership

Salary Range: $132,700 - $199,100

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
