Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator (level 2) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA.

Shift: 1st shift on a 4/10 schedule Monday - Thursday from (5:00am to 3:30p.m.)
The position is not eligible for telecommute or a hybrid work arrangement.

This role will support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain / Engineering Asset Management process. Provides administrative, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Sourcing, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.
Will also include responsibilities surrounding Property Management aspects pertaining to FAR 52.245-1 compliance specific to Strike System Test IPT as well as calibration recall efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience. Experience should relate to inventory, supply chain, or warehouse property/asset management.
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inventory management experience, ideally knowledge pertaining to industry inventory management practices
  • Experience with documentation and database knowledge
  • Minimum knowledge of FAR, ideally FAR 52.245-1
  • EPS, TEAMMS and SAP database experience
  • Calibration recall knowledge

Salary Range: $42,100 USD - $70,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
