Summary

As a Senior Infrastructure Product Manager, you’ll build the tools and experiences that enable our development teams to consume cloud services with ease in a secure fashion with connectivity, governance, audibility, and operations being commodity. You’ll work with a hardworking team of developers & engineers to define product vision, strategy and deliver experiences to enable clients to achieve financial security.

The function for this role is to provide Product Management leadership to the team that builds Cloud & DevSecOps platforms for our company. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that enjoys working across large organizations and is passionate about the realm of enabling Cloud platforms for our engineering teams.

Primary   Duties & Responsibilities :   

• Set Product Vision: Responsible for product vision and appropriate positioning with key team members across the organization.

• Develop Roadmap: Accountable for development, acceptance and communication of roadmap. Define and track important metrics for measure of success.

• Gather Requirements: Able to participate in cross functional work to solicit key requirements relative to the accountable product.

• Define the product: Responsible for multiple low to medium complexity products and product features from start to finish.

• Stakeholdering: Awareness and ability to articulate the product story to a broader audience outside the internal team with additional experience and maturity in the domain. Communicate to customers on product releases and changes.

• Design Partnership: Partner with design to ensure cohesive future state user visions and experiences are aligned with a quarterly vision with an understanding of the total design process.

• Data & Customer Research: Inform product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentation.

• Feature Prioritization: Develop and maintain multiple prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation according to business value or ROI.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree to equivalent experience.

• 3-10+ years of AWS Cloud experience

• 4-5+ years of product management experience working with Agile teams.

• Strong communication, influence, time management, self-awareness, and business acuity.

• Ability to solve complex problems, take a new perspective on existing solutions, translate product requirements into technical requirements, work in ambiguity and solutioning, and exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Security & DevSecOps concepts.

• Formal Business Analyst, Engineering, or Testing Experience

• Certification(s) or experience in Product Owner or Scrum Master roles.

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
