    Position summary

    messaging impact driving end-user action and sales enablement. Serves as Strategic Lead in driving the evolution of planning, product solutions, market needs and strategies resulting in high advisor adoption of business partner OKRs within the context of the advisor learning journey.

    1. Drive advisor, planning & practice advancement​ - in collaboration with business partners, aligned to Career Distribution priorities, Field Learning & Development priorities, key partner priorities and organization priorities while implementing field insights and the voice of the field perspective.

    2. Consult on field end-to-end experience within key business partner initiatives​ to ultimately provide a better user experience for advisors and their teams, using field considerations, feedback and perspectives to ensure message and market relevancy and impact. 

    3. Design and execute on sales enablement, field conviction & major event strategies​, supporting both Risk Product Sales Strategy priorities and key enterprise initiatives that help advisors and their teams implement impactful planning recommendations resulting in sales, through highly impactful content design, career motivation & peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

    4. Activate and amplify field learning strategies through peer-to-peer learning & recognition , showcasing and magnifying the voice of field insights, knowledge and motivation, helping create aspirational practice growth for advisors. 

    5. Manage and support the audit, coordination, and ongoing management, and creation of sales and promotional materials for assigned planning, products and markets.

    6. Leverage research insights through primary and secondary methodologies to translate into relevant content strategies for target audiences.

    7. This role supports the Senior Director of Content Adoption and Field Events Strategy and Assistant Director of Content Adoption Strategies on annual strategic and operational planning across products, planning and markets.

    8. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the ongoing successful integration and delivery of key messages through all channels.

    9. Develop clear, accurate and persuasive written content in order to ensure sales-driving efforts present integrated planning, products and markets message for client financial security. Leverage consistent channels and proven methods that have impact with target audiences, while also innovating to identify new channels and ways to connect with advisors at the local and national level.

    10. Evaluate ROI with various channels and tactics for ongoing evolution of impactful sales enablement tactics.

    A minimum of 7 years' experience in designing content and adoption strategies, and promoting products and/or services to distribution systems and/or end users.
    Demonstrated success in creating project adoption and content strategies and/or change management strategies, and subsequent delivery of tools and tactics to target audiences.
    Proven ability to leverage research insights and incorporate into strategies.
    Demonstrated strategic agility through anticipation of future consequences and trends and use of broad knowledge and perspective to create competitive strategies and articulate credible pictures and visions of possibilities.
    Demonstrated ability and proven success in identifying marketing opportunities to develop creative solutions and implement initiatives with quality and within scope.
    Demonstrated ability to leverage metrics, develop insights and impacts and adjust programs as needed.
    Exceptional leadership and project management skills and able to drive projects forward and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
    Excellent ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels in order to advance the objectives of the organization.
    Knowledgeable on how to best leverage multiple channels of communication and engagement with target audiences.
    Demonstrated ability to manage budgets to accomplish business objectives.
