Summary:
As a Lead Data Developer in Reporting Solutions, you will be responsible for architecting data solutions across operational business domains. You will work comfortably throughout the “full stack” of reporting functions, including ETL, report design and delivery, data governance, requirements design, and UX, and will help guide department strategy with a wholistic and technical understanding of Reporting Solutions functions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop solutions using continuous deployment and integration practices.
Participate in Code Reviews and feedback to the team
Mentor technical members of the team.
Contribute to a collaborative work environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions.
Identify data quality issues and their root causes. Propose fixes and design data audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
6-8 years of professional experience working with operations data including frontend (call center) and backend (processing) applications.
At least 6 years of professional reporting experience including ETL processes and report design.
Advanced skills in SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Strong understanding of Data Quality and Data Concepts.
Has or develops understanding of 4-6 subject areas/domains of data.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
