What you will do:

Primary responsibilities of this position are the support of the Mason Street Advisors (“MSA”) entity, support of subadviser manager data and reporting and coordination of materials for the Northwestern Mutual Series Fund Board of Directors.

How you will do it:

• Assists and facilitates production of sales support and informational materials for the Northwestern Mutual Series Fund, including fact sheets, online materials, fund prospectuses and annual/semi-annual reports
• Assists with MSA subadviser and information services relationships
• Assists in operational implementation of new subadvisers
• Coordinates intake and distribution of annual contract renewal materials for subadvisers
• Coordinates quarterly reporting requests, interfacing with subadviser reporting departments
• Assists in subadviser oversight reporting
• Manages and maintains content for Northwestern Mutual Series Fund Board of Directors website
• Works closely with the legal department to coordinate BoardVantage materials
• Coordinates intake and distribution of subadviser due diligence
• Assists with Mason Street Advisor’s annual contract renewal report
• Assists with budget coordination for Mason Street Advisors
• Business continuity plan coordination for Mason Street Advisors
• Data retention coordinator for Mason Street Advisors

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience with paralegal or financial reporting responsibilities preferred
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and use judgment to resolve issues
• Self-directed, with the ability to navigate multiple assignments concurrently
