Position: Consulting Architect (Networking/ Microsegmenation) 

A successful candidate in this role will have career development opportunities including growth in Solutions Design as a Consulting Architect, potential for Consulting Management roles, or Practice Development.

What You'll Do

• Billable Project work up to 70% of time
• Conduct customer focused workshops to introduce customers to products including Flow
• Discuss requirements and inputs required from network and applications teams to design solution leveraging microsegmentation
• Design solutions to create network and application tier segmentation to protect data from cyber threats.
• Ability to implement solutions with hands on networking ability and aptitude to secure their environment from hackers and ransomware
• Participate in a limited pre-sales involvement to provide services overlay to the existing sales motion primarily as a SME
• Create toolkits and best practice documents and whitepapers

What You'll Need

• Ability to travel up to 70%.

• US Citizen
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (AHV, VMware, Hyper-V) and infrastructure
• Ability to whiteboard solutions interactively with customers and develop documentation
• Layer 2 and Layer 3 network experience at design, implementation and operational levels
• CCNA or equivalent certification
• VCP or equivalent experience
• Experience in network technologies (https://e.g., ingress/egress, proxies, load balancing, overlays, etc.)
• Overall cloud expertise with best practices around designing and deploying compute, storage, networking and databases.
• Layer 4 firewall management experience
• Experience in network technologies (https://e.g., ingress/egress, proxies, load balancing, overlays, etc.)
• Experience with Azure networking and security concepts, best practices, security services, VPNs, ExpressRoute
• Experience with AWS networking and security concepts, best practices, IAM, encryption, GovCloud

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $124,480 and $247,800 /year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
