Your role
Employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding)
IT Communication Management: managing the communication with stakeholders in case of System Outages/updates
Analytics and dashboards: work with the IT Services Manager to make sure the team maintains always accurate data and metrics
Documentation management : regular update and revision of existing documentation
Compliance and internal IT audits for asset management, employee lifecycle: Working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the industry standards for compliance and security
IT assets lifecycle: management of the complete asset lifecycle from the procurement to the disposal.
EMEA Offices IT systems management: Support local users with IT Services issues and requests.
AV Rooms maintenance and support: Support to AV team and local users for the AV Rooms functionality
IT onsite support for Corporate events
What you’ll bring
Experience in Service Management, CMDB Management
Experience in SLAs managing and monitoring to meet customer expectation in service delivery;
Experience with Suppliers’ management and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware (MAC OS, Windows, O365, Apple, Lenovo)
Experience with ITSM tools , as well as ServiceNow experience
Good knowledge of cloud-based management tool for mobile devices (MS Intune and Jamf)
Experience with AV systems (preferably Zoom) and AV equipment management and support
Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision and ability to drive process improvements
Highly desirable: Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions troubleshooting skills (Windows and Mac OS, MS Office, hardware issues)
Possess of Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalents or certifications like ITIL V4 will be a plus
2-3 years of experience in IT Service role or similar
Fluent in English, oral and written (any other language is an advantage) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
