    Position summary

    hub locations and consists of Sales Development Representatives, Inside Account Executives and Inside Channel Account Managers. Each team has its own unique purpose, metrics and mission. The team's unique energizing culture comes from the constant creativity, innovation and focus on how we can better serve our customers and partners. In addition, the Inside Sales team serves as a talent pool for other functions in the company which allows top performers to grow and accelerate their careers at Nutanix.

    Your Role:

    • Build, lead and retain the APJ Inside Sales team which consists of Managers, SDRs, IAEs, and Inside Channel Sales Reps

    • Work cross functionally with field Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Channel Sales to build and define the strategic plan for APJ Inside Sales

    • Operate the team with focused and actionable metrics and KPIs. Manage resource planning, conduct forecast meetings and deliver regular performance and activity reports to Executive Leadership

    • Motivate and coach managers and Inside Sellers to build pipeline and close revenue through Nutanix Channel and OEM Partners

    • Align with Nutanix Field Sales Organisation to design and implement a "Divide and Conquer" new logo sales account go-to market

    • Work closely with Enablement to offer best -in-class curriculum for the Inside Sellers

    • Exceed key performance metrics and annual booking goals

    About you:

    • 8+ years' experience leading and growing large Inside sales and / or Account Executive teams across APJ

    • 5+ years' experience in customer facing quota carrying roles such Field Sales, Inside sales or Channel Sales

    • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals

    • Strong experience forecasting and business reporting

    • Experience in enterprise sales required: Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, Security or Infrastructure industries strongly preferred

    • Excellent people management skills; high empathy and consideration for team morale and individual career progression

    • Proven proficiency in running metrics - driven and process - oriented teams

    • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Fluent in English

    • Travel 1-2 times a quarter
