The Opportunity
The Corporate Legal team supports Nutanix’s international business efforts. If you have a passion for international law and learning how multi-national technology companies do business, we are interested in talking to you. The Corporate Legal team supports Nutanix’s legal structure as well as its mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transaction activity.
This position is based in the Netherlands and reports to the Lead Counsel, International Structure and Strategic Transactions based in Nutanix’s California headquarters.

Our team is in different countries across the world allowing us to combine remote work with office-based presence when required. Those of us located in the same country strive to meet every quarter in person for networking and sharing ideas. We meet up online as EMEA team monthly to reconnect.
