Sales Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid position role based in Serbia. 
You will support the EMEA Field Sales, Customer Success & Channel sales organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and business skills. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relatable experience

• A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once, collaborate with a wider team, and exercise excellent judgment

• Be detail-oriented and have a high level of accountability

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a committed and methodical approach to your work

• Organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail

• High level of integrity and reliability

• Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks

• Fluency in English required

Required Systems Knowledge and Experience:

• Advanced Proficiency with Excel, managing data

• Tableau

Role Description:

• Support the field sales and customer success organizations
• Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of SFDC
• Responsible for ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful, well-thought-out reports.
• Standardize and deliver Rev Ops new hire training
• Ability to effectively communicate with high-level executives, salespersons, and internal teams
• Work closely and interact with Sales or Marketing Operations departments to optimize business policies and guidelines
• Create and maintain sales documentation
• Manage and maintain territory alignments
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
