As part of the Global Nutanix Professional Services Organization, our team plays a critical role in helping customers plan, simplify, and optimize their technology environment to achieve superior business outcomes. We are dedicated to creating undeniable business value for our customers by guiding their cloud transformation journey and providing operational excellence.

    Your Role

    • Help to drive Services Sales across Japan by engaging with stakeholders to effectively position services offerings

    • Support and collaborate with the Japan Senior Services Sales Manager and the Director of Services Japan.

    • Understanding Nutanix's services offerings and value proposition

    • Originate and close service sales opportunities

    • Drive education offerings and technical account management in Japan

    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and customers

    • Contribute to the development of service offerings and solutions

    What You Will Bring

    • Strong knowledge of solution sales process

    • Experience in selling services and education offerings

    • Understanding of Nutanix's value proposition

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

    • Knowledge of service sales processes and tools

    • Effective communication and presentation skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    • Capacity to understand and adapt to evolving technologies

    • Good English skills

    • Professional services delivery experiences (either - Consulting, TAM, Residential Services, Education) are preferred, especially infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud space technologies, worked as a Systems Integrator (SIer) in Japan and/or Professional Services at global software companies

    • Native spoken and written Japanese is mandatory

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred.

    About Your Manager:

    • Your manager for this role is Craig Lindsey, who is based in Australia. Craig has over 20 years of experience selling and delivering technology services, working with large customers, system integrators, and technology vendors. He joined Nutanix over 3 years ago and leads the Services Sales Organization for Asia Pacific and Japan.
