【ポジション】
お客様環境にて発生している技術的問題をトラブルシューティングするテクニカルサポートエンジニアです。当社のテクニカルサポートは、 NPS （Net Promoter Score） で、＋90 以上の評価をお客様からいただいております。
お客様の技術的問題をサポートケースという形で対応するだけではなく、Knowledge Base（KB） の作成や、開発エンジニアへの製品改善の登録も行います。
当社の製品知識だけでなく、他社仮想化製品やパブリッククラウドの知識が必要となるため、技術知識・スキルの向上が常に求められます。自ら学ぶのはもちろんですが、内部・外部のトレーニングへの参加を積極的に促されます。
当社では、比較的経験の浅いエンジニアから、経験豊富なシニアエンジニアまで幅広く募集しています。

【業務内容 （Responsibilities）】
・お客様環境にて発生している技術的問題のトラブルシューティング、デバッグ、解析、ブレイクフィックス（Break－fix）
・お客様環境の健全性の診断や分析結果の共有
・お客様の声と実際のユースケースに基づいて、開発エンジニアリングチームへ製品・プロセス向上のためのフィードバックを実施
・ナレッジベース（Knowledge Base） 、 FAQ ドキュメントの作成・更新
・習得した知識、経験をチーム内に共有
・新機能のテスト、ツール開発等による製品の利便性の向上
・テクノロジーパートナー（VMware 、 Citrix 、 Microsoft など）と協力して問題を解決し、エコシステムの改善を推進
・営業時間内の勤務およびローテーションにて営業時間外の待機
