Position: VP of Sales, North East, and Canada
Nutanix is looking for a VP for our North East and Canada regions for the Americas. As a Sales VP, you are responsible for leading the transformation of our customers across the geography and attracting and retaining a diverse, world-class sales team who sells the entire lifecycle of Nutanix’s Products and Solutions with our Channel Partners.
A keen ability to inspire and lead an industry-leading sales team and develop new customers to penetrate new divisions and organizations within existing clients is essential to success in this role. Nutanix provides unrivaled support and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals. In this position, you would work very closely with SVPs and the C suite of Nutanix, and our customers and partners. You will significantly influence sales team decisions and initiatives.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $452,000 and $678,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
