    What You Will Experience in this position:

    The Channel Marketing Specialist will be the primary support for marketing and sales activities. This role will participate in the development, planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs and promotional activities to drive awareness to the nVent HOFFMAN brand.

    This role is ideal for an energetic individual who is passionate about driving growth through the nVent HOFFMAN channel partners. This role requires someone who is a self-starter, highly motivated and can collaborate well with other functions.

    As a contributor to the North America marketing organization, this position:

    • Provides regional support to marketing teams at top distributors, which includes the deployment of marketing programs and events
    • Is responsible for the facilitation of marketing content and digital toolkits, which includes ensuring successful deployment with key distributors
    • Is responsible for project leading digital tools syndicated to distributors
    • Is responsible for creation of dashboards and tracking of content syndicated to key distributors
    • Supports sales tools, training presentations, and other marketing collateral creation
    • Understands the digital customer journey and how various marketing activities impact the direct and indirect customers

    You have:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
    • 3+ years of experience as administrative assistant, marketing coordinator, or marketing specialist, or similar type role
    • Excellent attention to detail and diligent follow-through
    • Ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of an organization
    • Self-starter with strong initiative and discipline
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Understanding of the digital impact on the business
