Academic background inBusiness Administration or related.
3+ years of proven experience in a Customer Service is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Knowledge of ERP/order management systems JDE Preferred.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.
Ability to speak with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
Ability and willingness to work with different departments within the corporation as part of fulfilling customer service excellence, including - but not limited to - technical support, engineering, sales, product management, and shipping & receiving.
