    Position summary

    Drive, implement, monitor and measure results of website marketing activities to advance nVent's business objectives, creating performance dashboards and reporting on monthly usage statistics

    You are expected to effectively

    • Support website consolidation projects, working to ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all nVent digital properties

    • Manage content and product brand presentation on nVent.com and brand websites, working to optimize online engagements on global websites (including non-English pages)

    • Partner with Campaign Specialists in the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO / SEM activities and related reporting to measure success

    • Assist Platform Marketing and Business Communications Specialists with research, development and execution of Google AdWords campaigns

    • Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC campaigns

    • Research and implement on-page and technical search engine optimization recommendations on nVent.com and brand websites

    • Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering, as needed, to intake and document business needs, and execute plans to support those objectives

    • Work collaboratively with various internal teams and stakeholders

    • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

    YOU HAVE:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred

    • 1-2+ years digital marketing experience working in a matrixed organization or agency

    • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Knowledge and experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management systems (DAM) to publish and syndicate web content (Acquia Drupal preferred)

    • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge

    • Skills in web analytics, tagging and reporting platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMRush etc.)

    • Demonstrated project management skills (Agile preferred) & familiarity with associated project management applications (Workfront, Jira)

    • Working knowledge of web UX, design and layout best practices

    • Ability to recognize strategic implications of issues and convert them into proposals and solutions

    • Experience developing realistic plans, action steps and timetables for projects and assignments

    • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to get the point across clearly and concisely and present technical information in easily understood terms

    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong process development and documentation skills

    • Ability to coordinate work with global teams (other departments, agencies/contractors, peers) across multiple time zones

    • Ability to stay current on new technologies and emerging digital marketing trends

    • Ability to work energetically, positively and tenaciously with minimal supervision
