    Position summary

    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    • Serve as subject matter expert on matters related to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) requirements, on regulations related to Buy American/America (BAA), and other government domestic preference programs

    • Provide hands on support for RFP analysis, review of terms (FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) and other agency supplements) and risk identification/mitigation compliance reviews

    • Document requirements, create functional and standardized processes for BAA compliance.

    • Review and, when appropriate, provide certification of compliance with the regulations

    • Maintain files of approved products

    • Review changes in the bills of material for products to determine any changes to the product’s status under BAA

    • Guide team on flow downs and advise on applicability

    • Maintain corporate records for government certifications

    • Establish a T&C database, specific to our business

    • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices

    YOU HAVE:

    • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business/logistics/supply chain

    • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably working with the BAA requirements

    • Knowledge of the FAR and DFARs

    • Proficiency with excel and data analysis software

    • Experience accessing various federal government reporting sites
