Project Manager (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Projektplanung und Projektkoordination mit Kunden, Auftragnehmern und anderen internen Disziplinen während der Projektausführung und fördern hierbei eine Kultur, in der Sicherheit an erster Stelle steht.
• Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Großkunden und erfassen falls erforderlich Änderungen des Projektumfangs, Kosten, etc. und teilen diese dem Kunden rechtzeitig und effektiv gemäß den vertraglichen Bestimmungen mit
• Sie steuern die Projekte und stellen dabei sicher, dass Zeitpläne eingehalten werden und die Projekte in Übereinstimmung mit den Vertragsunterlagen und den Erwartungen des Kunden durchgeführt werden
• Sie planen rechtzeitige Beschaffungsaktivitäten sowie den Einsatz von Personal, Ausrüstung, Werkzeugen und anderen geeigneten Ressourcen für die effektive und rechtzeitige Ausführung der zugewiesenen Arbeiten
• Sie erstellen Kostenprognosen und stellen die rechtzeitige Rechnungsstellung für zugewiesene Projekte sicher.
• Sie prüfen Vertragsunterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
• Sie erstellen regelmäßig Projektstatus- und Finanzberichte für das obere Management und die Vertriebsteams.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektplanung, Projektsteuerung oder einer verwandten Funktion im Industriebau.
• Erfahrung in den Bereichen Technik, Wartung, Projekt und/oder Betrieb in einer petrochemischen Anlage oder in einem Schwerindustrieunternehmen sind von Vorteil
• Sie verfügen über eine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
• Sie arbeiten zielorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und zeigen Initiative
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sie zeigen Durchhaltevermögen sowie eine gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft (<10%)
