Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract

• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
• Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent

You have:

• 3+ years of hourly recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles is preferred
• Experience with an ATS system
• Experience posting and sourcing roles on Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work closely with multiple onsite temp agency workers and contacts
• Ability to work from our Solon, OH office 3 days a week, on average
• This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and the business requirement for continued support
