    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    • Develop, implement and lead a focused sales strategy to attain aggressive growth targets within Schroff sales team
    • Manage the promotion, organization and guidance of sales policies and practices to provide maximum market penetration of products
    • Define the Go-To-Market strategy considering the mix of direct along with channel and key account strategy
    • Works cross functionally with global product category teams, marketing, customer care, pricing, global account and operation teams to achieve strategic goals
    • Establish regular business review with customers & channel partners to ensure accuracy in sales forecast and predictability of business results
    • Provide regularly scheduled updates and forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives to senior management
    • Maintain the pulse of the competitive landscape, as well as; that of the customer-base business needs in order provide input to develop new products and market
    • Other related commercial actions to drive the growth in the region

    YOU HAVE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • 8+ years in an outside sales role in an electronic market along extensive experience selling through multiple types of customers, including distributors, integrators/consultants, engineers and end users/OEMs
    • Knowledge and experience using sales force effectiveness tools and approaches (i.e. customer segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies, sales force time management)
    • Proven skills to identify sales force capability gaps and implementation of plans to address for sustainable success
    • Demonstrated skills for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence.  Shows a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Proven skills to cultivate long-term, sustainable, value-based relationships with core accounts that elevates revenue opportunities and  brand equity
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstance and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
    • Physical and environmental abilities:
      • Much of the work will require meeting with customers in the field.  Some entertainment is required and must be willing to travel 50%
